  I recently went in to LenseCrafters as I had a problem with a recent purchase that had a crack in the left arm and was not happy with the bridge gap that they had chose for me and did not like the way the lenses were in the frame as the "right" arm would not close. To my surprise the person that I dealt with suggested that we should swap out the frame and find a better suitable option for me. The option turned out "Perfect" I am very impressed and want to thank LenseCrafters and staff for their efforts and the perfect glasses for me at no extra cost.

  Y'all, come in on a monday and get some help from Jovita. She was great the entire time and knew exactly what I was looking for without me having to say anything. She was super friendly and smiley, and an all around great improvement to the day!

  Nice selection, no hovering sales people, and honest responses when asked how they liked the frames I was thinking about on me. Every staff member ended up coming over to take a look because I was torn between a couple different frames. I ended up taking ones that were the best ranked but not everyone's #1 choice

  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. I was looking at eyeglass frames when one of the ladies kindly approached me and told me that the frame I liked was on a 50% off promo. I asked her how long it would take to get the glasses done, and she said around 2 weeks. I was worried because my current eyeglasses were already broken, so I showed them to her. To my surprise, she took my glasses and fixed them right away. She smiled and said, “Now your eyeglasses are fixed, you can wait another 2 weeks for your new pair.” I was honestly so happy and touched by her kindness. When I asked how much I owed her for fixing my glasses, she said it was free. I held her hand and sincerely thanked her for helping me. Because of her amazing customer service and kindness, I will definitely come back after my eye exam to get my new glasses with my updated prescription. Thank you so much for making my day better!
