  Five stars and two thumbs up for Cole he was an absolute Rockstar and pulled an amazing hat trick to get my daughter Rauze a new set of frames that she is absolutely in love with thank you so very much Cole you made my day!! I will see you again as he will be my go to for all my Eyewear needs now!!

  Went in with a friend to get them a eye exam and new glasses, was able to get the exam same day staff was friendly, went to the other side and asked if they tune up Glasses for mine. The lady fixed and replaced the nose pads, cleaned the lenses and I was having a hard time getting like 2 spots that she managed to get, tightened up the frames aswell they feel like they did when they we're newer 10/10

  Incredibly helpful, kind, and generous with their time. I’ve been having issues with a new pair of glasses. Unfortunately we’ve had to visit 3 times now, however without hesitation, solutions are put into place. Absolute professionalism. Their level of customer service is just so genuine, and sincerely appreciated

  I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses at LensCrafters in the Park Place Mall. Cole was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the right frames. His knowledge impressed me!
