  As a new patient, I had a great experience at Pearle Vision. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially Ali, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The doctor and the rest of the staff were fantastic too. I was able to get their buy one, get one free promotion and came home with two pairs of Ray-Bans that I love. Great service, and an all-around excellent experience.

  Wanted to thank you to Ali on helping me purchase the new gen 2 metas. This my 6th purchase of glasses I have done with Ali and it’s been the easiest , respected and professional and most consistent experience every single time. He takes his time. He helps pick what’s best suited for me and also the options of ordering what I like if I haven’t found anything and a phone call to follow up.   Stopped in to have my glasses adjusted, and I had such a great experience. Tayler helped me today and she is incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and informative. She took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated her help!
