  UPDATE (July 27, 2026): I called the store and they were unaware of the owner asking me to call the store to resolve this issue. The person answering the phone just stated they cannot know for sure what caused the scratches on my lens and told me how to wipe my lens. I cannot speak to someone directly on their customer service number. 😒 I bought prescription sunglasses in May this year. Not even 2 months later it had scratches on the lens despite buying anti scratch coating. I took it in hoping since I just bought these glasses, they could replace the lens under warranty. It turns out it was an additional cost to buy the warranty and the coating is scratch resistant not scratch proof. I had no choice to buy replacement lens. The sales person did offer a discount and I ended up getting the insurance or warranty for $40 for one year that I can bring in the lens to get replaced for $25 each time. It was disappointing how many unexpected cost came with these glasses. I had glasses for years from Total Focus, FYI doctors, and Bailey Nelson using the same cleaning microfiber cloth to clean the lens that always has anti scratch coating and none of them have scratch marks on them. I only wore my sunglasses when driving then it stays in the car glasses case. In other words these were my driving glasses. I don't think I will purchase glasses from this store based on my experience.

  I highly recommend going to this eye doctor. It was at the Northtown Mall Peral Vissio where I went yesterday May 13th. The secretary was great. I was well taken care of.

  Thank you, Robert. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision at Northtown Mall to my friends and family. I found my experience to be absolutely fantastic from seeing the optometrist next door and the convenience of Pearle Vision being there as well. Robert provided exceptional service, he took the time to explain the differences in the type of lenses required -to helping me pick out frames that are absolutely flattering, so much so, that I’ve had strangers complementing me while I’m out shopping and my husband says the new frames and lenses make me look younger! Thank you again Robert!
