  Great hour of my time getting new glasses. Pat was extremely helpful. Gave me all the details and choices of options available. And a couple laughs along the way. It was great as sometimes these things we need to do can be a chore. Not here. Again, great job team.

  Go see Kyle at Bonnie Doon, he was amazing. Very good at explaining everything and ensures the glasses fit well. I had difficulty figuring out my style as I am very picky and Kyle was patient offering suggestions and not making me feel hurries. In the end they had the same frame I purchased from them years ago that I loved so ironically after looking through my options I chose them once again. I was so pleased they still had them. Great location as not overly busy so no long wait times and very pleasant experience!

  I recently ventured here to look at and purchase my first pair of glasses. Despite initially feeling self conscious, unsure, and just out of my element, I was quickly put at ease by Kyle who not only helped me find the perfect pair, but made me laugh the entire time I was there. He was super knowledgeable about the different options, provided assistance and clarity when I had questions, and made the insurance/payment process so easy. When I went back to pick up my glasses the other day, Kyle was as jolly as ever, cracking jokes and once again putting me at ease as he fit my glasses to my face. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the market for glasses, and be sure to ask for Kyle if you do. He’ll turn even the most sour disposition into a bright sunny day!
