  I came roughly an hour or 2 before closing with broken frames and was met with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Despite me coming in at an unreasonable time, Heather and Arshvir were very understanding and accommodating of my situation regarding how I badly need my glasses to function. The both of them are lifesavers honestly. Wonderful people and amazing service. Thanks again!

  Very disappointing experience at LensCrafters in Mill Woods Town Centre today. Karla was openly rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I was so uncomfortable that I actually had to ask if I had done something wrong. I eventually asked to speak with another associate (Qiana)and the experience dramatically improved. Customer service should never leave a customer feeling this way. This review is actually for the paying customers thinking of going there…as I don’t think the company will make any changes (I’ve looked at some previous reviews and multiple people either name Karla or describe her) I should’ve looked at it beforehand.. my bad for thinking LensCrafters had good associates no matter which store you went to!

  We had a wonderful experience with Karla, going through the process of selecting new lenses for my 12 year old (thank gosh I went with the protection plan 🤣, and let that be a lesson to everyone else...get the protection plan!!). She made the whole process a breeze. Thank you. Curtis

  "I called the LensCrafters in Mill Woods this morning around 9:30 AM to get glasses for my son, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. The staff member who helped me was an absolute joy—she answered the phone with warmth, suggested the perfect time for us to come in to avoid the rush, and had everything completely ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I couldn't have asked for a smoother or happier visit. Her professionalism and care were top-notch; we truly need more people like her in customer service today!

  Natasha had a TERRIBLE attitude since the moment I walked in. Came up opened a cabinet right in front of my face and made a comment under her breath. I just walked in to try some glasses. Then after the LOVELY Kim was helping us out, and she was too busy watching us instead of helping customers, she got angry with Kim for something that wasn’t her fault. I’m NEVER stepping foot in here again. I’m complaining to head office.
