I was served by Vivian knows the products very well and even gave me some tips that helped create an amazing experience as I purchased my very first prescription glasses. I highly recommend this place, and am sure that you will be taken care of, by Vivian and colleagues.

  We went to LensCrafters Kingsway to purchase glasses for both myself and my toddler. We each bought two pairs. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout our visit. My toddler is larger than life (haha!), and they kept her entertained with colouring pages and crayons. One staff member even sat down and drew with her so I could try on glasses. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The whole team came together to help us choose our frames, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about our experience. They shared honest opinions about what looked good, what didn't, and explained why they preferred certain styles over others. I left feeling really confident about our purchases. If you're looking for a positive, professional, and welcoming experience, I highly recommend LensCrafters Kingsway.
