I was very happy with my recent visit to the Lenscrafters at Kingsway Mall Edmonton. The young sales associate whose name was Kendrick was very helpful and what was most enjoyable was he wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the costs associated with my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting this store and hopefully you are lucky enough to have him serve you.

Both times I have come to this place I have been welcomed in. This place has helped me a lot by giving me these small things that go on your glasses. They’re a lifesaver and it didn’t cost me anything. Thank you

My daughter broke her frame of her glasses. A short call to Vivian at Lenscrafter to see if the style of frame is still available. After a short check Vivian confirmed there still available and in Stock. An hour later my daughter had a new frame . After an adjustment and a friendly service we were ready to go. Thank you team Lenscrafter at Kingsway Mall in Edmonton. Thanks again Vivian .

Amazing staff and wonderful service, I'm terrible at names but the doctor and ladies up front were great! I had some problems choosing frames because I longboard downhill and am unfortunately accident prone, but the staff pointed out the amazing warranty plan and with that I'd be able to get something other than solid frames for once so I was very happy. The whole process from walk in to walk out took less than an hour and they were patient and helpful the entire time!
