  This review is more on Jackie(Manager) than Lenscrafters. She is very professional and a hands on kind of manager with the tradecraft well under her belt. I lost the frame with a custom set of plastic lenses(my own fault) and Jackie helped me to put them on a different frame, slightly smaller than the original. This required real craftsmanship as these are prone to breaking while cutting again. However, she did an excellent job and did it willingly. Most shops where they send it to a lab for any kind of work would have plainly refused it. Thank you, Jackie.

  The store manager(Jackie) of lenscrafters was phenomenal. Went above and beyond her regular routine just to accommodate my small family w infant. Personable and knowledgeable on all their products.

  Olga helped me and explained about the glasses and which each lens would be preferred, she was really great at explaining and knowledgeable of the lenses
