  Absolutely incredible customer service! Nick went completely above and beyond for both my daughter and me. He took amazing care of us and helped us save so much money. He gave me a fantastic discount on new lenses for both my regular glasses and my sunglasses. On top of that, he waived an extra charge on my daughter’s glasses and even extended the warranty on my new pair. It is rare to find someone who looks out for their customers like this. Nick made the whole experience stress-free and affordable for our family. We will definitely be returning to this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Maria was very helpful and did what she could with so many customers to assist. It was very busy, there did not appear to be enough staff on hand to assist. I was there for quite a while. I wouldn't have normally gone there on a Saturday but my daughter was getting an eye exam. This store is great in the evening, which is when I have normally gone.

  I had an eye exam with Dr. Sandhu, after which I was looking at their frame selection. As I was looking, Divya Seth, one of the opticians, asked if she could help. She walked me around the store suggesting frames in various price ranges that she thought I might like. She was very personable and pleasant as she did so, and gave me time to try them all on to make a final decision. She offered some suggestions about which frames might be best for me. After doing the necessary Measurements and fittings she also adjusted my current glasses for me.

  I’d give Deja a 10/10. My wife and I went into the LensCrafters at Southgate Mall because I knew I wanted a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Deja was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. She gave us her own opinions, walked us through the pros and cons, and shared some of the feedback she’s heard from other customers about the Meta glasses. I really appreciated that she was candid and honest rather than just trying to make a sale. She helped me find a pair I really liked, and I’m excited to get them and try them out. Great experience overall, and thanks again, Deja!
