  I went in to ask if they can fix the nose pads for my favourite pair of sunglasses I got years ago, which I didn't even purchase from the store. I was helped right away, and my sunglasses were fixed in a few minutes. I asked how much the fix would cost, and the employee said it was free of charge. I truly appreciated the wonderful service. It was really refreshing to have a good experience like that from a store.
