  I visited Pearle Vision at Chinook Mall in July 2026 to have my glasses fixed after they became loose. The staff member helped me right away without asking unnecessary questions, and she focused on fixing my glasses carefully and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the professionalism. She returned my glasses in a very timely manner, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I am happy to give them 5 stars.

  Simran was very helpful, she fixed my Ray-Ban sunglasses for free! I asked another store whether they could fix it for me and they turned us away. Thanks again!

  If I could give zero, I would. Purchased Rayban and two sets of lenses with protection and tint. I asked the sales person *f she put everything on them she said yes. 1.5 months later the microphone stopped working and they don't charge. (Probably a short in the microphone) I go in and they say I didn't buy the warranty. I spent over $1300 with them and asked for everything. They said call Rayban. Rayban sends me to Luxotica, WHO OWNS PEARL VISION! Their online portal is a joke. The customer service ends when they have your money. My entire family has bought glasses from Pearl Vision before and had eyes tests next door but not anymore. Please join us and make a stand by going elsewhere. if they reach out and we come to a fair resolution then I will take down this rating. Until then, I'll post it everywhere, with screenshots, out of bitterness.

  Tarbinder was really great and helped me with all my glasses needs. She provided exceptional service and great advice with both my pair of glasses. I and my family will always go to her for all our glasses! Thanks a lot for everything!
