  I continue to be very pleased with the service and attention to detail I’ve received at Pearle Vision, the SouthCentre staff (in particular Lori whom I dealt with) were impressive with their attention to detail and their patience while I perused their large frame selection and answered my numerous questions. Lori helped me pick out suitable frames that would fit snugly and proportionately on me, and thoroughly described the importance of her measuring pupillary distance & optical centre of lenses (which assured me that I was way better off purchasing via an optician rather than risking an online purchase, particularly for my prescription). She showed enthusiasm for her job and was incredibly patient despite how busy the store was, she even got me thrilled about her suggested change in frame colour that I didn’t think would work on me but it totally did! Continue your good work!

She took the time to explain the different types of lenses, promotions, and discounts, making the whole process easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. I really appreciated her guidance and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

  Amazing customer service from Lori! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she made my experience at the store very enjoyable. I truly felt welcomed because of her excellent attitude and care. Also to Dr. Bonnie Kwok she very good too.
