  LensCrafters refused to even attempt to fix my bent glasses, insisting they were broken beyond repair despite my permission to try. I then went to Pearle Vision, where a young associate successfully repaired them. The young lady at Pearle Vision showed more dedication than the experienced one at LensCrafter.

  We had a really great experience at Pearl Vision, thanks to Afshin Farzard. He was extremely polite, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain our options clearly and helped us find a great deal on glasses. He was very kind and made the entire visit and experience feel comfortable and easy, we drove all the way from NW but it was absolutely worth it for the level of service we received. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who truly cares about helping you, I’d definitely recommend going to Afshin. We’ll be coming back for sure.

  I am writing to let you know about a friendly, patient and knowledgable staff member by the name of Afshin. I was looking for some new glasses and I found him very knowledgable about your products and he gave me many options for purchasing them. He also went the extra mile by fixing and cleaning and repairing my old glasses, he explained to me the differences in lenses too! I never felt pressured to by them there, but did because of his patience and great service, I did.
