  We had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters for our eye checkup. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special mention to Melanie, who took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently assisted us throughout the process. We truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

  My glasses broke, and I didn’t have a spare pair. So, I headed to LensCrafters in the core mall. I spoke to Pamela and asked if they could fix them. They assured me they’d do their best. A little while later, they called to say they were fixed. They asked if there was anything else they could do, and I said if it’s possible could change the nose pads. They happily agreed, and the service was amazing. To top it off, they didn’t charge me anything—it was a lifesaver!

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters, especially with Pamela Walia, the licensed optician. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with my choices. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her to others!
