  After a terrible experience at the Chinook location, I cannot say enough good things about Arshpreet and the team at Market Mall. Arshpreet went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a pair of glasses that had been made incorrectly at the other location. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making things right. She arranged for me to get a new pair of glasses remade with the correct lenses and made the entire process completely stress free. I have a very strong prescription, and Arshpreet took the time to explain which frames and lens options would work best for me. Her advice was spot on. She was incredibly patient, complimentary, and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the entire process. Most importantly, I absolutely love my new glasses. The previous pair had the wrong lenses and were so thick that they were very noticeable and didn’t look right. Based on Arshpreet’s recommendations, my new glasses have much thinner lenses and look amazing. You can barely notice the lens thickness at all, which has made such a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of the glasses. The two optometrists I dealt with at this location were also fantastic and very helpful. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Arshpreet is an absolute asset to LensCrafters. Her managers should know just how exceptional she is at her job! Thank you to Arshpreet and the entire Market Mall team for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience.

  We had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Market Mall thanks to Anne. We came in as last-minute customers, and despite that, she was incredibly patient, welcoming, and supportive throughout the whole visit. Anne went above and beyond to help us, took the time to answer our questions, and was especially kind and caring with our son, which truly meant a lot to us as a family. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine customer care made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like Anne are exactly what make businesses succeed and grow. The level of customer service she provided is what leaves customers genuinely satisfied and wanting to come back again. I honestly wish more service-based businesses had people like Anne on their team. Thank you again, Anne, for such a wonderful experience!
