  Love this store/location. We were in there pretty much every day for a week sorting out my and my daughter’s glasses. Alvin was incredibly helpful and patient. They even fixed my daughter’s old glasses (purchased elsewhere). Alvin rocks!

  This was my first time visiting LensCrafters, and I was honestly impressed by the wide variety of glasses, the reasonable prices, and the great deals they offer. I was lucky to have Alvin he is a young gentleman who assist me, he took care of everything I needed and even fixed my glasses within seconds, although he wasn’t obligated to do so. I truly loved the place, and it will definitely become my go-to destination for eyewear from now on.

  Just bought two prescription glasses and paid almost $800 out of my pocket. I was provided only one glasses cleaning cloth for both glasses and no glass cleaner spray. I went back and asked and I was given another cleaning cloth and was told that we do not give glass cleaner and it does not matter how much I have spent on these two glasses. I informed the lady that the other stores do provide cleaning cloths and spray with big purchases but she denied. This was my first time buying glasses from this store and it will be the last time.

  I came in for sunglasses/glasses and Alvin was the absolute best! He was able to help me out with great recommendations on lens colours. He was very efficient and was so helpful with billing everything through insurance. I was helped very quickly when I entered the store and no question was left unanswered! Just picked up all my glasses today and they are perfect! Quick wait time and customer care upon pick up as well. Great selection of designer frames and lens colours. 10/10 experience!

  Glasses are good but company is cheap. Spent over $1,000 on glasses and they wouldn’t give me any glasses cleaner. Update: The reply below links to a very detailed form asking me to submit a significant amount of personal contact details. Much more than the store would have for me. I believe it's designed to intentionally dter people from filing a complaint. Terrible.
