  My husband and I went to get new pair of glasses from time to time at chinook mall, Ben was one of the most attentive to our needs, he guided us through every process. When we had a problem with our insurance, Ben patiently took care of how we could fix it and waited. Since Ben has been taking care of us for several years, we have become comfortable.

  Ben of Chinook Mall branch was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout our experience. He patiently explained the different lens options, including transition lenses, and helped us compare prices and styles to find the best choice for us. He truly knows his job and provides excellent customer service. LensCrafters also offers a great selection of high-end brands and accepts insurance, which is a big plus. Highly recommend, and kudos to Ben for his outstanding service!

  Extremely likely. The doctor was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the eye exam. The staff were also very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the different eyeglass options available, helping me choose the pair that best suited my needs. I would also like to recognize Devanshi, who assisted me in selecting my glasses. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

  Excellent service at LensCrafters! Siyuan helped me pick out my new prescription glasses and made the whole experience seamless.   Incredibly comfortable and efficient optometry experience. Bella was polite and helpful over the phone, and very accommodating to my anxieties when she did my intake scans (or whatever that stuff is) Brianna Mairs was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and gave good simple directions for getting my prescription. Mitra was also incredibly pleasant, offering all of the information for lenses & frames, and assisting me through the nightmare that is insurance, saving me money & helping me find MY glasses. Will be returning (in about 2 weeks time, raybans willing).
