She is professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. ​There are many frame and lens options available, but she was so patient and helpful at every single step of the process.   Had a quick drop in session with shar to adjust my reading glasses, she was very helpful and had me on my way in less than 10mins (Even though I didn’t get the glasses from them ) would definitely recommend

  Absolutely terrible service. My glasses were made incorrectly, and when I went to pick them up, the member of staff that served me was awfully rude. Save yourself the headache and go to the Market Mall location instead. The difference in customer service is night and day.
