  I visited the LensCrafters at Sunridge today looking for work safety glasses. Initially, I was greeted warmly and the experience started off well. However, once I mentioned that I was specifically looking for safety glasses, the customer service changed noticeably. I was simply shown that they had a few different options, but there was very little effort to explain the differences, answer my questions, or help me choose the right pair for my needs. I felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. The overall experience was disappointing and felt like the complete opposite of how the interaction started. I expected more guidance and customer service, especially when I was asking for a specific type of eyewear. I hope the store can improve the consistency of its customer service and make sure every customer feels valued and properly assisted, regardless of what product they are looking for.

  I recently visited LensCrafters with my kids to get them fitted for new glasses, and I cannot recommend this location enough! Navigating eyewear shopping with children can sometimes be overwhelming, but Kaye made the entire experience an absolute breeze. She was extra accommodating, incredibly patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my kids found frames that fit comfortably and suited them well. This is actually my second time relying on LensCrafters—I got my own glasses from them last year, and the quality and customer service have consistently exceeded my expectations. From the thorough eye exams to the personalized assistance in picking out frames, the staff always delivers top-notch care. Thank you, Kaye, and the rest of the team for making both my visit last year and our family visit this year so seamless. If you need reliable eye care and fantastic customer service, this is definitely the place to go!

  I recently visited the LensCrafters at Sunridge and had an excellent experience! They have a fantastic selection with lots of great frames to choose from. The customer service was absolutely top-notch across the board. A special shoutout to Aaron and Kay, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to work with me and found the absolute best options that fit perfectly within my budget. Highly recommend this location!

  I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters Sunridge, and it’s all because of Alaa. From the moment I walked in, Alaa was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. She took the time to carefully adjust my eyeglasses, paying close attention to every little detail until they fit perfectly. At no point did I feel rushed. Instead, I felt that she truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness the way Alaa does. Her exceptional customer service made such a positive difference in my visit, and I truly appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping me.
