  Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the 2nd pair of glasses I have bought from this store, my Mom also bought her glasses here as well and I am pretty sure it was Rachel that assisted us because I had the same feeling of being taken care of. Buying glasses is always stressful for me and Rachel made it stress free with her kindness and patience.

  I visited this location today and was disappointed by the service I received from one of the staff members. I asked if they could check whether a specific frame style was available, but they did not appear to check the inventory and simply told me it was unavailable. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel as though my request was not worth their time. I expect staff to be willing to assist customers and at least make an effort to check availability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. The staff member I spoke with was an older employee, and management may be able to identify the interaction based on the date and time of my visit.
