A screw fell out of my glasses and I had to show up to the store last minute to get them repaired. Lisset provided me with excellent service and kindly fixed them for me right before close! Thank you!

For Eyes lost my personally owned frames while they were adding prescription lenses for them. The manager Sandeep acknowledged that they were lost while in For Eyes care, and promised that they would be replaced or that I would be reimbursed. She promised a resolution by a given date many times, and has avoided contact to the embarrassment of her team. I no longer believe she intends to make this right, as it has been over a year since I was promised a resolution.
I am an online customer of Clearly for several years and have been very happy with the service, the products and the ease of the order and shipping process.
I am currently travelling from out of province and had to visit the store in Calgary -Chinook Mall, for an emergency order and had THE best service on the phone and in person in the store from Oluchi!! She was super helpful and efficient! Thank you Oluchi for making my day!! ❤️
If you can avoid it, just order online. The staff are inefficient, slow moving and challenging to communicate with. Also receiving my glasses took a 3.5 weeks, not two. Wouldn’t normally be an issue but I have to leave in less than a week so it was really cutting it close and I wasn’t given any kind of update or ability to track. They used to be a lot better. Skill wise they are good. No or don’t like doesn’t usually get understood but that’s a personality thing
** Update (2 weeks later): They replaced the frame and lenses, so I now essentially have a brand new pair of glasses. I'm raising my rating from 1 to 4 stars, since they've been responsive and proactive since I posted this review. It's a bit unfortunate that writing a public review was what it took to get this resolved, but I appreciate that they made it right in the end. **
I purchased a pair of glasses here at the end of March 2026. Within less than 50 days, one lens developed heavy scratching , exclusively on the back side of the right lens. The left lens and the front of the right lens remain in perfect condition, which I found unusual given that I clean both lenses the same way.
When I brought this to the manager's attention, she offered several explanations: impacts, hair contact during wear, and others. None of these accounted for why only the back of one specific lens was affected. A defective coating seemed like the most logical explanation, but that possibility wasn't acknowledged.
I left without a resolution. For a product purchased less than two months prior, I had hoped for more flexibility on warranty or product quality concerns.
If lens durability and after-purchase support matter to you, it may be worth asking about their warranty policy before buying.
