  Rozhin of For Eyes by Clearly is amazing. She helps out patients and ensures the best service. What’s great about her is she even remembers me even after many months has passed. The stores also have many frames to choose from. I went to Clearly because I wanted to use my own frame & I just needed the lens. Happy that I found this store. Will recommend for sure.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Clearly Chinook. The blonde staff member who assisted us was rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed throughout the interaction. She repeatedly failed to listen to what we were saying and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by asking for help. Customer service should involve basic respect, patience, and actually listening to the customer. Unfortunately, none of that was present during our visit. We left feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. I would strongly encourage management to take a closer look at how customers are being treated, because this interaction was nowhere near the level of service I would expect from a professional business.

  I was in total contact crisis….i was 10 hours away from home and when I arrived in Calgary I realized I left all of my contacts at home! The ladies were very kind and found the correct contacts and gave me monthly lenses to help me out in this pickle. Incredible service and generosity! ❤️☺️

  There are many types of glasses in this store and you will find the one that fits you. The prices start at 50 to 400 dollars so whatever your price range is you can get. You can also always find great deals and offs. Also, Lisset is very helpful and kind and can help you find your perfect glasses.
