  I went for an eye exam at this location and the customer service was excellent. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr Jinnah was amazing and he clearly explained how the examination will be done and also explained the results of the imaging using simple terms I could understand. And he was patient in answering all the questions I had.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters when I meet with Dr.Osherov who does excellent job treating my vision care need and he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m okay. I definitely recommend anyone to go to LensCrafters. Thanks.

  I made an appointment the same day got in. It was very easy and pleasant. The process was simple not complicated. The doctor explained everything Really clear And the LensCrafters The lady helped me with very pleasant straightforward I got what I needed for glasses prescription was put through. She explained details clearly about the lenses frames And the warranty I had the warranty before and if your glasses get scratched or anything else it’s cheap to replace them And every time I replace my old ones I’ve never had a problem. LensCrafters was very pleasant.

  Dr. Mohaar is very knowledgeable and takes care of you until you get the correct prescription. She takes her time and doesn’t rush unlike my previous eye clinic, I felt like they’re always rushing. The staff are kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Osherov during my eye exam. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was especially grateful that he provided me with a one-month trial of contact lenses free of charge. It gave me the opportunity to try them before making a decision, and I really appreciated his generosity and thoughtful care. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Osherov and the clinic to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and exceptional eye care!
