  I had a wonderful experience with Susan! She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my eye check-up, choosing my new glasses, and getting the right lenses. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my choices. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail.   First time patient and extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Dr Yau was exceptional. He took the time to fully explain all the testing and results without feeling rushed at all. I would highly recommend his services.
