  Je tiens à souligner que la qualité de la cuisine est excellente et constante, ce qui me motive à revenir. Cependant, l’expérience client laisse grandement à désirer. À chacune de mes visites, je fais preuve de courtoisie : je souris, je suis polie et respectueuse. Malheureusement, cette attitude ne semble pas être réciproque. Le personnel ne me regarde pas, ne me salue pas et n’engage aucune interaction. Cette absence totale de communication crée un malaise important. Je me sens ignorée, comme si ma présence dérangeait, ce qui rend l’expérience peu agréable malgré la qualité des plats.

  En général, notre expérience a été vraiment très agréable. Surtout le Chicken & Beef Sew Ew Noodles et le Beef Pad Thai, qui étaient très savoureux et bien rassasiants. Les spring rolls étaient bien croustillants et accompagnaient parfaitement le repas. Je recommande définitivement à tous ceux qui veulent essayer la cuisine thaïe.

  Food is actually good, but the service completely ruined the experience. The male employee working at the counter was extremely unfriendly and difficult to deal with. Trying to apply student discounts or promotions became a whole argument for no reason. We were a group and wanted to pay together while each using our own student discount, but he refused and insisted only one could be used, without even trying to understand. He seemed annoyed the entire time, walking around the register and ignoring us instead of helping. On top of that, he didn’t even take all our orders properly — he started preparing food before finishing taking orders, completely ignoring one of my friends until much later, which delayed us unnecessarily. Really disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if that employee is working.

  Ma mère a demandé un riz firt au poulet sans piquant, il en mettent x2 ration de piquant. Ma mère ne tolère pas le piquant donc elle m'as donné le rit, mais même moi qui tolère le piquant j'ai trouvé cela immangeable. C'est comme si la personne a fait exprès puisque les instructions de "pas de piquant " on été transmise a la commande et lors de la préparation.
