La cuisson était parfaite, les nouilles bien tendres sans être molles, et surtout pas trop d’huile, ce qui fait toute la différence. Les saveurs étaient bien équilibrées et la portion était très généreuse. On sent que c’est préparé avec soin. Je vais définitivement y retourner sans hésitation. Une super belle découverte au Mail Champlain 👌
