  I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered an Original Harvey's Double with cheese, there was only one car ahead of me in the drive-through. I wish I had checked the exact time I waited in total, but when it started to seem too long I kept track and I waited another 10 minutes, while the car in front of me sat at the take out window. Finally the car in front of me got their food, I got my hamburger that was just over $10.00 for just a hamburger, and guess what? It was cold, so the employee at the take out window had the car in front of me sit there while their food was prepared and my food was ready. This is terrible customer service and there's no excuse for it. If a manager actually reads this check the outside cameras from yesterday April 6 at around 1:30 in the afternoon and see how long the white Jaguar sits at the drive-through window, with a white GMC pickup sitting behind it. I work on the road and stop at many take-out restaurants and this is the crappiest service I have ever received. I will not be back no matter how hungry I am.

  The place is very run down and filthy.Hard to find a place to sit and eat that was clean. I was finished eating before my husband recieved his order. Witnessed staff running hands through hair and back of neck then touching food. Health unit needs to do an inspection. I HAVE EMAILED YOU BUT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU SENT IS NOT GOING

  I had previously visited this restaurant in Mont-Tremblant and had a very good experience, which is exactly why I decided to try their Ottawa location. Unfortunately, what I experienced this time was completely unacceptable. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was visibly dirty tables were unclean, chairs had ketchup stains, and overall hygiene was seriously lacking. The service was nonexistent. There was no greeting, no basic hospitality it felt more like a neglected roadside fast-food stop than a proper restaurant. I literally had to ask multiple times just to get basic utensils (a plate, fork, knife, and spoon). To make matters worse, the food was handed to us in a cardboard box, which only added to the poor experience. Everything about this visit was disappointing. I left feeling genuinely unwell and ended up getting sick outside shortly after. That alone says enough. If there were an option to give -100 stars, I would. Don’t ever go there yakkkkk

  My dad ordered the hot chicken sandwich and I ordered the four chicken filets. They were both good with generous but not excessive servings of fries and coleslaw. And unlike most restaurants they have stainless steel cutlery here! None of that garbage bamboo stuff. The men's bathroom is *very* tight so if you have some sort of physical disability you'll have a hard time.

  Always been through the drive through we decided to go in and grab our food wow what a disappointment that was this place need a serious cleaning everything you look at is dirty from the sticky floors to the dirty smelly washroom finger prints on everything dirty glass dirty pop machine I can just imagine how bad the kitchen must be so bad such a franchise to not have a cleaning protocol is actually very disappointing I hope something is done about the cleanliness
