  On April 25 at approximately 6:00 p.m., I visited this location intending to place an order from the St-Hubert menu. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, during which time the customers ahead of me were able to order from the St-Hubert menu without issue. However, when it was my turn, the cashier informed me that I could only order from the Harvey’s menu because they were too busy. As someone who also works in the fast food industry, I found this response both unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would never turn a customer away under similar circumstances. As a result, I left without placing an order. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of customer service at this location. Based on this visit, I would be more inclined to choose Swiss Chalet in Fredericton, where I expect a higher standard of service.

  Express isn't a word I'd use for this place. Food was tasty but took 15 mins and was not warm. The booths could use some new upholstery and the chairs could also use some TLC. Staff were friendly, though. But, not FAST food by any means.

  Used takeout. Portions better than Swiss Chalet. Good deals on standard quarter chicken meals. Chicken browned, but not overcooked.

  Demanding tips makes the payment process at drive thru slow and uncomfortable. Won't be back.

  Often screwing up orders. Twice in a row I've had food not made correctly. They've gotten better though.
