  I honestly dread ordering at this Subway location because every time I ask for extra vegetables, I'm made to feel like I'm asking for something unreasonable. I always order the same thing—just spinach and cucumber—and when I politely ask, "Can you add more, please?" the employee adds one tiny piece or one slice at a time, almost as if it's coming out of his own pocket. It's embarrassing and makes me feel ashamed for simply asking for the toppings that are supposed to come with my sandwich. I leave almost every visit disappointed and unsatisfied with my order. It's gotten to the point where I don't even want to come back to this location anymore. The only reason I would choose it is if the other branch is too far from my workplace. The worst experience was when I watched the employee find a hair in my sandwich. Instead of apologizing or remaking it, he simply removed the hair and continued making the same sandwich. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up because that was completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't be made to feel guilty for asking for more vegetables, and basic food hygiene should never be compromised. This location seriously needs to improve both its customer service and food handling standards.

  The lady (japan) who works at main street subway is quite rude to everybody. I went there two to three times but had the same experience. Never coming back to this subway branch. Worst experience 👎🏽

  I enjoy Subway, and its gluten-free bread. However, when I was visiting Whitehorse and went to this Subway, they said they had none, and to try back next week (when I would no longer be there). He had no idea whether anything else there was gluten free - no list of allergens or anything. Hey Subway, a piece of advice. Bread is something you'll probably always want to have in stock, being a sub shop.
