  I honestly dread ordering at this Subway location because every time I ask for extra vegetables, I'm made to feel like I'm asking for something unreasonable. I always order the same thing—just spinach and cucumber—and when I politely ask, "Can you add more, please?" the employee adds one tiny piece or one slice at a time, almost as if it's coming out of his own pocket. It's embarrassing and makes me feel ashamed for simply asking for the toppings that are supposed to come with my sandwich. I leave almost every visit disappointed and unsatisfied with my order. It's gotten to the point where I don't even want to come back to this location anymore. The only reason I would choose it is if the other branch is too far from my workplace. The worst experience was when I watched the employee find a hair in my sandwich. Instead of apologizing or remaking it, he simply removed the hair and continued making the same sandwich. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up because that was completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't be made to feel guilty for asking for more vegetables, and basic food hygiene should never be compromised. This location seriously needs to improve both its customer service and food handling standards.

  Very friendly staff. Always fresh food. Aman and other staff members are very friendly and serves with smile.

  I went there yesterday and was ripped off for a lukewarm wrap that was terrible, and was charged like I just had a breakfast omelette at a legitimate restaurant. I used to enjoy Subway - pretty low standards
