    Didnt read my pre order properly. 3 subs completely wrong. No extras what so ever. My sub is never this FLAT not to mention had to wait for my order. That should’ve been done and waiting by the time I picked it up, it Wasn’t started at all. I had to sit and wait and extra 20 minutes. Thought Yorkton would’ve been better than Melville. I’ll stick with Melville.

    I didnt catch name tags on either worker in there, however ive never seen..I dont even know how to word it. The female that was in, quite literally threw the cheese in her hand into the meat container(ham) talked to me like I was stupid, the male not much better. My sandwich just came out of the toaster was still steaming and I asked for lettuce, pickles, and pineapple. The lettuce was a nice amount but I told him to pretty much put a whole handful of each onto the sandwich, he didnt, he did a few pieces, a few piece and a few more peices, I kept having to ask him. Then when it came to paying, he didnt ask if I wanted a meal just typed it up, I said I wanted a meal 3 times, twice after he tried to just get me to pay for the sandwich. It was very disappointing sadly!

    My husband and I bought two sandwiches from this Subway using a BOGO offer - one teriyaki and one meatball sub. When we checked the meatball sub at home, we could only see vegetables and didn’t notice any meatballs, so we assumed we were mistakenly given a veggie sandwich instead. As we didn’t have time to return to the store the same day, we asked if we could come back the next day for the exchange. When we we were at the store the next day, we asked if it was possible to get a teriyaki sandwich instead. Initially, they said they could only replace it with a meatball sub, which was fine with us. Later, they agreed to give a teriyaki sandwich since it was part of a BOGO offer and it didn’t matter. However, while we were already on our way driving to Saskatoon, the store called us and started arguing, accusing us of lying and saying the returned sandwich did contain meatballs. We honestly did not notice them when we checked the sandwich, which is why we brought it back. Instead of trying to understand the situation, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. They made sarcastic comments like “How could the meatballs appear magically?” and accused us of doing this just to get another teriyaki sandwich, a $12 sandwich, which is honestly ridiculous. We told them we did not have time for this argument, but they kept calling repeatedly, which eventually forced us to drive back and return the replacement sandwich as well. We have never had such a poor and uncomfortable experience at any other restaurant. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

    Got a sub for takeout they barely put anything on it i had a very bad experience and will not be visiting this location again.
