  I recently placed an online order with clear instructions, but when I received my sub, it was not prepared as requested. I called the store to provide feedback so this issue could be avoided in the future. However, the staff member who answered my call was dismissive and unprofessional. Without properly listening to my concern, she stated that she did not know who made the order and insisted that she likely did not make any mistake. As a customer, I find this response unacceptable. I am not concerned about who prepared the order or internal staffing issues—the fact is that my order was incorrect. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment and the rude, argumentative attitude instead of a simple apology or willingness to help. I have been a regular customer and a big fan of your food, but this experience has made me reconsider ordering again. Customer service should focus on listening, acknowledging concerns, and resolving issues—not dismissing them. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to improve staff behavior and service quality.

  What an absolutely delightful experience I had there recently. After accidentally ordering from a Subway on the app that is not in Yorkton ,as it was saved as the last place I ordered from, and receiving horrible customer service in correcting it from the owner in Foam Lake the manager at this lication named Meet even called to the store to try to help me. He was met with the same unwillingness to cancel my order ( he was trying to tell them how to cancel it). Meet truly went above and beyond for me as an employee made my remade my subs to perfection. Overall great experience. Will definitely return here again

  We had Subway delivered by DoorDash. Subs were perfectly made, toppings and sauce were neat, vegetables fresh and prices were great.

  Sub tasted stale and not great. Noticed, more than one fly were in the toppings. Doesn't seem sanitary at all.
