  There is a girl that is working right now with glasses , everytime I come and I find that when she helps me, my sandwiches sucks and she rushes people and interrupt the customer when they're talking and does the same to her co-worker. I don't like coming here anymore because of one this one person who doesn't know how to be doing a simple job.

  My son wanted more vegetables, and the staff member asked how much more he wanted with a displeased look. I used to work at the metro myself and was never annoyed when customers wanted extra vegetables. It's really unreasonable to do that. I would never want to buy or tip them. So disappointed. They need more training.

  I recently placed an online order with clear instructions, but when I received my sub, it was not prepared as requested. I called the store to provide feedback so this issue could be avoided in the future. However, the staff member who answered my call was dismissive and unprofessional. Without properly listening to my concern, she stated that she did not know who made the order and insisted that she likely did not make any mistake. As a customer, I find this response unacceptable. I am not concerned about who prepared the order or internal staffing issues—the fact is that my order was incorrect. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment and the rude, argumentative attitude instead of a simple apology or willingness to help. I have been a regular customer and a big fan of your food, but this experience has made me reconsider ordering again. Customer service should focus on listening, acknowledging concerns, and resolving issues—not dismissing them. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to improve staff behavior and service quality.
