  Since moving to this town, I have genuinely enjoyed visiting this Subway location and have always appreciated the quality of the food, which is far better compared to many other Subway restaurants. However, I have recently noticed a significant decline in the level of customer service, particularly during evening visits. There is one employee who frequently speaks negatively about her colleagues in front of customers, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. As a customer, I come in to enjoy a meal, not to listen to workplace complaints or gossip. Additionally, during my most recent visit, I specifically requested that spinach not be added to my sandwich due to personal preference. Despite clearly communicating this, the employee insisted on including it because she believed it was “healthy” and proceeded to add it anyway. I found this disappointing, as customer preferences should be respected. While the food quality continues to be excellent, I hope the customer service experience can improve and return to the standard that originally made me enjoy coming to this location.

  The boy helped me really good for using the app and was helpful all the time. Food was fresh and quality was perfect. Loved the service.

  Tisdale Subway Rocks. Wife phoned in an order for pickup because she was having trouble with the app. We live 20 miles out of town but I was headed in for groceries anyway. Picked up order, they were so friendly. Drove home, opened up our subs to find they had made major mistakes (no meat on one, completely wrong sub on the second and the third one bang on so 1/3). Called to inform of their mistake, agreed to call manager and call back with solution. Immediately headed back to location. They called my wife back and were extremely apologetic according to her text. Told me to come back and they would make it right. When I got there they recognized me immediately. Made my subs the right way and threw in a cup of soup for my troubles. Thank you Tisdale Subway for restoring my faith in Subway! As Happy Gilmore once said, " Tisdale Subway is a Hole in One!"
