  Worst SubWay experience I’ve had. Young white guy with a moustache was angry with us and throwing ingredients everywhere. You shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t be nice. There wasn’t anyone else in the store either, not sure why he was so pissed off.

  Pretty sad when you get to a subway that is closing in an hour and you order a sub, pay for it. Then get told they have no lettuce. Stayed for about 20 minutes and saw 6 people go through the same. As a former subway employee I know the lettuce is in the back. If it was 10 minutes to closing I would get it. At least offer somewhat of a discount if you can’t provide the services. On top of that, my friend ordered a bowl and they had no forks. It was fun eating it with a spoon though :)

  They are always missing at least 1 key ingredient everytime you go. This past time they were missing MARINA SAUCE. and I ordered on the Subway App, payment went through, and when we go to pick it up at the time the app said it would be ready, out 4 sandwiches were not even started, and then we were told they didn't have the pizza sub sauce. I asked "why wouldn't you guys give us a call to let us know, rather than waiting for us to drive all the way down here", to get told "our phones are down". We'll I called their number as soon as she said that and the phone rang through perfectly fine. They had no idea how to do a refund, forcing us to substitute the marinara sauce for something else. So extremely unprofessional, time and time again. It is so unfortunate that there are not many cheap and "healthier" options to eat around town. I suggest if you are in the mood for a sandwich or sub, make one at home, you probably have more ingredients than they do.

  Always out of different sandwich items. Doesn't bother to call and see if you want to make any changes to the order, instead you show up and your subs you ordered online aren't even made.
