  Disappointed…. Tell me what the cost difference is between rotisserie and crispy chicken?? My sister and I visited this location and due to allergy restrictions one of us is unable to have the crispy chicken so we asked to substitute for the rotisserie chicken. We were told that was not an option because the rice bowl only in three meat types and rotisserie was not one of them. I don’t understand why this substitution could not be accommodated as it was not a distaste but allergy. No option for extra charge just flat no. Further this experience, I had to ask the staff to replace the lettuce they serving previous customers because it was brown and very gross looking. I was initially told that was all they had. Luckily another staff stepped to say there more in the fridge so it was replaced with lettuce that looked slightly better. Shame on you Subway! I expect better.
