  Their card machine didn't work and made me look poor in front of a bunch of people while I was pregnant and they scolded me like I was broke and the price was only 12 dollars. What ever happened to customer service?? The employees there were awful and gave me dirty looks just because of their own card machine not working. Later though, I went to Hudsons and ate a 50 dollar steak because my card was not the problem. I was humiliated for absolutely no reason. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars because of the treatment I was given. Such a disgrace, I expected much better. You need to respect your customers, and look for solutions instead of being cruel and shaming someone for your own mistakes. How shameful, I hope this kind of incident or treatment doesn't occur to anybody else.

  Horrible subway, terrible service and unable to process refunds. Ordered food but didn’t recieve correct price when I went to pay so I asked for a refund and was told to return in a couple days if the refund didn’t get processed in a couple days. When I returned and asked for a refund I was told to call their manager. Who doesn’t visit the store regularly. When I refused the lady at the counter called the police on me. Terrible subway, will never visit again. Update: their rude manager called me on the phone on private caller offering me a subway sandwich instead of my refund. I refused and 3 weeks later I still don’t have my refund. Terrible service. Thief’s who don’t do what they say.

  Cheaped out on breakfast sandwiches. I bought 2 and he split one sausage and one egg for both. And it was still the price of 2. Too cheap to serve customers properly, wont come back.
