  Cheaped out on breakfast sandwiches. I bought 2 and he split one sausage and one egg for both. And it was still the price of 2. Too cheap to serve customers properly, wont come back.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location today. There was an active promotional offer that included a fountain drink; however, the store does not have a fountain machine available. Customers should not be offered items that the location is unable to provide. This creates confusion and feels misleading. In addition, the staff’s behavior during my visit was unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of explaining the situation politely or offering an alternative solution, the interaction felt dismissive and discourteous. I understand that equipment or supply issues can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service are essential. I hope management addresses both the advertising accuracy and customer service standards at this location.

  Im giving this store a 5 star review despite my order having a safety concern (not blaming the store for the issue as it could have been a number of things) but the employee that answered the phone to sort out my issue is exceptional. Very kind, and very active on solutions. He assured me I was right for having my concerns, and hes working on a solution. Thank you for understanding. I've always had amazing service at this location.

  I order sandwich trays from this location, and they are always ready on time, fresh, and nicely made. They also provide us with all the sauces on the side, by my request. I recommend them.
