  Worst customer service I’ve ever received, and I work customer service it’s not very hard to be polite. I went to the Arby’s on circle, I ordered a large sprite and the pick two for 5 dollars deal, I picked the two piece mozza sticks and the small curly fries. She repeated my order back to me and it was incorrect, it not a big deal, I can repeat it so I did, she responded like she got it the second time. I drive to the window she tells me the total and asks “do you want any sauce?” I turn over to look at my bf will saying “ummm” it took us 2 seconds to say ketchup I turn back to the window and she just walked away. Tell my why she hands me a bag with two large curly fries and the mozza sticks. Before I could say “hey you forgot my sprite” she closes the window and walks away. Not even a “have a good night”. Customer service has just gotten worse and worse through out the city and the country.

  Hard to understand at drive thru. If a customer is stuck on saying chicken nuggets instead of strips.... Cuz there are kids in car....move on with the order instead of arguing.... Also $68 and the gyros had stale pita.....
