  This was our third disappointing experience at this Subway, and unfortunately, it was again with the same employee, Raj. Today around 9:43 p.m., my husband ordered a chicken sub, but Raj forgot to add the chicken and toasted the vegetables and other ingredients. We decided to let it go and just enjoy our meal. However, when we were about to sit down, Raj rudely told us that we had “six minutes to eat.” We understand the restaurant was closing, but customers should still be treated with respect and not made to feel rushed or unwelcome. This has happened with the same employee, Raj, multiple times, especially around closing time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  Ordered subway for our family yesterday (August 5th). 3 cold cut combo subs for the kids were fine. The 2 hot subs did not come hot at all. Italian BMT sub was ordered with extra bacon. No extra bacon on the sub and the bacon that was on it was freezing cold. Portion sizes for the vegetables are terrible. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub came ice cold. The chicken was so cold I don't think it even got heated up before being thrown on the sub. In what world does someone want a freezing cold chicken teriyaki sub. Subway has really gone downhill lately, and I don't think I'll be offering here ever again.

  Every single time I visit this location, the male employee working the front line treats walk-in customers with blatant disrespect and hostility.He consistently refuses to acknowledge or serve the customer standing directly in front of him, prioritizing a never-ending takeout orders instead. When confronted, his attitude is aggressively rude, making the entire environment incredibly tense and unwelcome.As a physical customer, my time and money are just as valuable as an app order. Being treated like an invisible nuisance by your front-line staff is completely unacceptable.
