  1-Star Review Very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered my sandwich with three different sauces, but it felt like they didn’t add any sauce at all. The sandwich was extremely dry and not enjoyable to eat. It wasn’t made as ordered, and the overall quality was disappointing. I hope the staff pays more attention to customer orders in the future.

  So bad at customer service They always want to have argue with the "guests" also the quantity they put into the food so less. I had an experience with the lady working there may be a supervisor don't know how to serve the guests and don't listen at all. Lady didn't add the cash payment, took the whole payment with no professional and welcoming customer satisfaction. Loved the way she argued. Worked in customer service industry for a long time and that's good enough to justify my review.

  The quantity they put for that much money is so shameful like the bowl is half . I usually order from south and they full the bowl they make it feel like i spent good money but this is really a rip off

  I ordered Subway on may 7th 2026 for pickup at 7:15 PM from the Subway store at 4211 Albert St, Regina. I specifically requested extra sauce, but when I opened my sandwich at home, there was barely any sauce at all. The sandwich was very dry and did not taste good. It honestly felt like they did not care about customer requests or food quality. Very disappointed with the service and attention to detail. I would not recommend this Subway location.
