  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at this Subway location. While I was waiting for my online order, an employee named Komal (east Indian lady) started screaming at another customer who was simply asking how the rewards worked. Instead of explaining it calmly, she became angry, raised her voice, argued with the customer, and behaved in a completely inappropriate way for someone working in customer service. She was yelling so aggressively that spit was coming out of her mouth while she spoke. My order was also late, and when it was finally ready, Komal angrily threw my sandwich onto the pickup shelf instead of placing it there properly. I was not involved in the argument at all, but it felt like she took her anger out on me and my order. This was embarrassing to watch and very uncomfortable as a customer. Staff should not be screaming at people, throwing food onto shelves, or acting like they have no control over themselves. Management needs to take this seriously and address this employee’s behaviour.

  good ambience and really liked the customer service of the staff. Appreciate there effort amd work. Would recommend to come here for the visit
