  We visited this Subway location and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the employee didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stood there for about 5 minutes without even a greeting, while he continued preparing another order. We completely understand that staff can be busy with online orders as there was no customer. We ended up waiting around 15 minutes, and throughout that time there was no acknowledgment or indication of how long the wait would be. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, after waiting so long without any communication, we decided to leave. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had.

  I ordered a salad and a small sub last night. I received a free sub with my order. I planned on eating the salad for supper and saving the 6” subs for today. I didn’t unwrap the subs but they felt so hard that I thought they were toasted. Today for lunch I tried the “free” chicken sub. There were four extremely small pieces of chicken in sub. They were smaller than a dime. I had to wrap a wet paper towel around the bun and put it in the microwave on high for over two minutes just to get the bread soft enough to chew it. I’ve never seen bread that hard even when toasted and left out to make bread crumbs. It wasn’t toasted, just hard as a rock. The salad was good but I’ll never order a sub from there again. City licensing should hold the food service industry to a higher standard not just based on cleanliness.

  Ordered online and food was not ready when the app indicated it would be. Waited while walk-ins were prepared and served before me. Total 15 minute wait. I don't think this was the employees fault, as he appeared to be working alone. But then, as I was leaving, he went to the back, and it seemed like he was talking to someone. There was a big group leaving as I got there, and two walk-ins waiting. The store should be better staffed, in my opinion. This was pretty much supper time. I did have a BOGO promotion though, so it was still worth the wait. I'll get 2/3 meals for my $15 dollars. I'd be way more upset if I waited for a full priced sandwich.
