  The service was poor, and when I was there, I noticed a lot of flies. My pop was flat, cookies old and not very fresh ingredients in my sub. Ended up only eating half a 6 inch sub and half a cookie and threw out the rest.

  Extremely poor service. The employees don't listen at all. Two girls working there were busy talking among themselves and paying no attention. I ordered chicken, but she was about to serve me vegetarian food instead. When I pointed out that I had ordered chicken, she argued back, claiming mine was vegetarian. Are we stupid? Learn some basic manners on how to treat a customer!

  I had a horrible experience at Subway today. The bread was not fresh at all it tasted stale and really affected the quality of the sandwich. When I walked in, there were three employees working, and all of them were on their phones. No one greeted me or acknowledged me. They also seemed annoyed that I had even walked in, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. Two employees eventually helped me, but their attitude and customer service were extremely disappointing. I asked if the sauce could be added on top of the vegetables, but I was told no because it “goes on before the veggies.” I understood that, but when I politely asked if it could be added after the vegetables, I was refused again without any effort to help or explain. One of the employees kept looking at me in a very rude manner and seemed visibly irritated throughout the entire interaction. I also ordered a cookie with my meal, but it was not included. I only noticed after and had to ask for it. The response I received was very dismissive, as if getting the item I paid for was an inconvenience. I understand that everyone has long days, but that does not justify making customers feel unwelcome or treating them disrespectfully. Customer service and basic etiquette should always be a priority. Please provide your staff with proper training on how to communicate respectfully with customers.
