  Me and my sibling had really very bad experience with the guy there His name is Om and when I asked for manger he called himself as a manager , If this is kind of manger subway keeps is the worst experience they can offer to customers. He was very rude to my brother and the way he spoke to him…his communication skills the way he greets customers needs to be addressed. Food was good…but that same food didn’t feel good when somebody gives you this kind of service. Please do something about this, maybe teach him how to respect customers. Please and thank you

  I am a regular guest on this location however i am getting disappointed when i am served by new staff where the cheese on my steak n bacon got lesser and lesser which should be 2x the amount. Whats happening?? even the scoop of meat its not worthy of the price i paid for. The customers are getting robbed and scammed!!That is not good!!! is thestore under new owner?? No offense but i stil want to be served by the original staff esp in the afternoon.

  It was super hot in the building, hotter than outside. AC not working, not even the water machine was working. That would be very hard for the staff. We'll over 35 degrees inside. I was with someone who had a sandwich so I don't know about the food.

  After a disappointing experience at the first Subway in Moose Jaw, I tried the other location. Even though I arrived just ten minutes before closing, the staff welcomed me warmly. My sub was fresh and made exactly how I like it. The restaurant was clean and peaceful, with spotless dining and restroom areas. Customer service was excellent, professional, and attentive, even handling a difficult customer calmly. They truly deserve recognition. Overall, a friendly, professional experience with a delicious sub. I will definitely return.

  It’s a Subway. Easy to stop at. Pretty typical Subway. Do not expect a train. Not that kind of subway.
