  Ordered through their app Went to the store to pickup when it said it is ready, the store was closed at 7pm even though the time of closing is 10pm. My credit card was charged. Went the next day for a refund and they refused to provide a refund. They were willing to serve the same order but no refund Edit: they called their manager and gave the refund in cash

  I go here regularly. This is why Im pissed about today! I usually always order online. Today the app wasnt accepting my payment. I used 4 different cards and still nothing. I walked in there told them it was not working. I wanted the buy one get one footlong deal. I sat there and tried again and it would not work. I asked the lady if I could recieve the deal being as their app was not working which they said no. I think this is BS if THEIR app is not working properly. So I ordered 2 - 6 inch subs instead which costs more then the footlong deal. Oh also they were out of lettuce. Which is kind of a essential part to most subs. No discount for that! And the lady never did tell me this when I started the order. I didnt notice until i got to lettuce area and the sign said No Lettuce Available Today. Whole stop was a waste of time..

  It was okay but they put stuff away early so you can’t get it on your sub. Makes me sad
