  I have went here a few times as a last resort (Because every single time is a terrible experience) 3 workers in there. Lineups of people most of the time. Even if there is no lineup, you still seem like the least of there priorities. A female worker was wiping down containers and told me she’ll get to me in a moment. 7 minutes later she got to me. I was the only person in there. 1 worker up front serving customers. Other 2 are usually in the back playing on their phones. A couple women workers are arrogant and rude and act like your the biggest inconvenience of their life. I typically thought if there is customers waiting for the server to take their order, that it would be a priority. But not at this subway. They always finish whatever they are doing before they get to you. Whether it be 5-10 minutes of waiting. Many people don’t even bother going here anymore because of similar experiences. Flies are also buzzing around the meats all the time.

  They don’t answer the phone, and they are so angry, I was scared to order. Probably the last time that I eat here.

  Ordered through their app Went to the store to pickup when it said it is ready, the store was closed at 7pm even though the time of closing is 10pm. My credit card was charged. Went the next day for a refund and they refused to provide a refund. They were willing to serve the same order but no refund Edit: they called their manager and gave the refund in cash
