⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would! First of all, the atmosphere inside this Subway was not welcoming at all. There was a very strange vibe from the moment I walked in. I ordered two 12" subs, and the container of black olives was completely empty. There were only about six olives left, sitting in the little bit of olive juice at the bottom. I pointed this out to the CSR making my subs, and she eventually replaced the container. She also didn't cut my subs, didn't take my coupon, and when I asked a couple of questions, she told me that Ontario and Quebec Subway locations operate differently. Unfortunately, the bread wasn't fully cooked either. I'm used to ordering Subway in Hawkesbury, and that location is always top-notch — 10/10. Everything is fresh, the staff are meticulous, and the quality is consistently excellent. This location, however, was a completely different experience. I always tend to stick with places I know and trust, but I decided to give this one a try. I won't be returning. If you have high standards when it comes to food and service, I personally wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience. I'd rather go get a poutine and hamburger at Le Casseau in Fassett. We definitely won't be revisiting this location. We have been very disapointed.
