    They are the only McDonald’s I know that will leave you waiting in the drive through. I have gone to this McDonald’s pass midnight- after work- a few times and they have left me waiting in the drive thought for 10minutes or more to a point that I just leave. They come on the intercom and say they will be right there and then never say anything. Very unprofessional.

    Horrible experience this past Saturday at 2:00. This place is overwhelmingly packed and staff does not know how to handle it. My order number disappeared from the preparation tv for no reason so I asked the attending runner if everything was ok. He looked me in the eye did a double take and walked away. I asked him if everything was ok and if he heard me. His answer "yes". WOW. I insisted upon which he said "it's either going to come back or not I don't know I don't care" wow again. Someone else intervened to reinsert my order in the queue. I asked to speak to the manager who never showed. Winded up getting missing items in my order and I just left.

    I have been going to this location pretty much my whole life and it is no longer recognizable in terms of service. There is nothing fast or efficient about the food that comes out. I have noticed staff members make mistake after mistake following nearly every visit I make whether it be forgetting to include an ingredient or an item altogether. I have never written a review for anything but today was the last straw. Today, May 30th around 11am, I was genuinely shocked a riot didnt erupt and nobody decided to get aggressive with the staff. Breakfast was still being served and people were waiting 15-20 minutes for their order. Two guys decided to take their dollar loss and leave because it was taking so long. The worst part is people would wait long to get their food and then once they got it, they would have to bring it back because it was not the item they ordered. I saw 3 breakfast sandwiches return and 2 coffees return during my visit. I was frustrated as hell but was starting to worry about the workers cause the tension was off the charts. Every single client was either crossing their arms, huffing, rolling their eyes and or gossiping to one another about the horrible service. The only reason I have given this location chance after chance is because they are the nearest location to me. After today, I quite honestly don't know if I can ever return knowing how bad the service is. A small fix wont solve anything, it instead feels like many changes are required. I'm not looking for a coupon on my next meal, I just want service to significantly improve.
