  There were mosquitoes on every table, and the cleaner sat on a dining table after finishing. The online order had a $10 discount, but they said we would still have to wait 20 minutes just for them to start making the order. I know the community well, but this was very disappointing.

  Really bad service, they only decided to clean the bathrooms when we were done eating and it’s obvious we ll need to wash our hands after we ate , we had to wait more than 7 minutes and at the end we just left as we had a flight , I hope you guys teach the staff that it was so unprofessional and it looks really bad .

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway in the today evening. One of the male employees, who was overweight, appeared to be eating something red while preparing food. I saw him spit some of it out, and I was concerned that it ended up near or in my food. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The short female employee was also very rude. She was shouting unnecessarily while preparing my sandwich and speaking to customers in an unprofessional manner. I expect much better hygiene and customer service from a restaurant. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action.

  Low quality food. If you're the first in line to have a sub made, prepare to eat cold food as they will prepare the next people's orders before finishing yours. Meanwhile, your toasted sub gets cold and rubbery. Complete 1 order before moving on to the next. I'd rather wait an extra 2 minutes in line than eat cold food.
