  We just ordered hamburgers and fries, and the fries were terrible, very stale. We asked them to replace them, but this time they gave us a very small amount of fries, and they tasted the same. We were not satisfied at all.

  Everytime I go West Island 5 guys always is my first option for lunch, but this year I happened 3 times, it gives me stomach sick, not only me my mother and my wife, this is not a coincidence because i found the steak is not hot inside also tasteless, I'm really disappointed with the situation, I can see less customers in here compared to other store in Dix 30. But there should not be an excuse. I noticed Lots of crew changed. Peanuts less fresh than before etc....I missed the old place near des sources. Sadly Now I have to go south shore instead. Adios

  As expected, the food was 10/10. Definitely one of the best and most satisfying burgers you can get. The service was great, I did not wait and everyone was friendly. Will absolutely go back.
