  Personnel très amical, professionnel et rapide. Le propriétaire nous à fait sentir les bienvenus et nous à même offert un thé glacé qu’il allait jeter gratuitement pour éviter de gaspiller. De plus le nourriture était délicieuse et les portions très raisonnable pour le prix. Finalement l’établissement est très écologique et recycle les baguettes.

  This place had one of the best pad thai I ever had. So saucy and the portion was very generous. This place deserves way more customers! Tom yum soup was good too but not as good as the pad thai. Highly recommend!!!

  Mise à jour: c'est une chaîne de confiance. Malgré la mauvaise expérience à un restaurant, la bannière est capable de bien gérer les problèmes. Je suis arrivé, l'employé parlait au téléphone en même temps de se nettoyer les ongles. De plus il ne parlait pas du tout français, ce qui n'est pas normal au Québec dans un commerce. Le riz avait un drôle de goût.

  Ordered online, order got accepted and when I arrive the guys tells me I probably mixed up the place and ordered somewhere else. Then he found out. People who came after us got their food before which is really not nice. Finally they did not read properly the order and didn’t use a bowl which you have to pay extra for.. anyways bad experience with the night team, makes you feel like you annoying him!! Had a much better experience with the daytime guys.

  I ordered BASILIC SACRE and a fountain drink, and when I tried to pay, the first time it wasnt successful because their machine had a problem. Then I asked the guy(looks 20ish years old, with glasses, curly hair) to reset the machine so that I could pay. He acted like I owe him something and told me it was my problem that the payment didn't go through. So, I reset the machine by myself(by pressing the red cross button on the machine), and handed to him to start it over. And guess what, it went through this time. Then, when I got my fountain drink, I noticed that there was no ice in it at all. So I asked him to put some ice in it. He then told me that there is no ice in the fountain machine and literally told me "I cant put ice in it. You can get it from Tim Hortons". So, I could only ask him to give me a refund for the fountain drink. And, guess what, now he finally put some ice in it! First he had a bad attitude towards me for no reasons. Second he bullshitted me and lied to me that there is NO ICE in the fountain machine and ask me to go to Tim Hortons. Additionally, the BASILIC SACRE I got this time, although my appetite was already ruined, tasted really bad, and it was nowhere close to the taste it used to be(only a few small pieces of chicken and barely any sauce). Overall, this was a ridiculous and extremely disrespectful experience that I got from this Thai express, and by the way, this Thai express used to be my go-to restaurant of all Thai express. Now, I dont know if there can be a good solution for it but fire this guy because if not, I would be seriously worried about the reputation of your restaurant.
