  I had a very enjoyable visit. The atmosphere was welcoming and the surroundings were nicely presented. The staff were courteous, attentive, and easy to communicate with, while everything was handled in an organized manner. Overall, the experience felt smooth and positive.

  It's fast food. I didn't realize it's a fast food chain when I went in. (Tourist) I'm going easy bc of that. The food was not good. I got pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. The shrimp were a good size and cleaned (unlike the shrimp I had elsewhere Friday). The sauce tasted like something out of a jar; very sweet and not complex in flavor. The noodles were more like spaghetti than the glassy rice noodles I'm used to. They tasted stale. The portion of noodles was HUGE. I had about 5 shrimp and a handful of chicken pieces. There was no egg, no discernable onion. There were some bean sprouts. The service was fine. the fellows were attentive, fast, polite. Though I had to ask for utensils which slightly annoyed me. What am I tipping for??? (Tipping culture is WILD here!) The place was spotless. I leaned on a random counter, expecting some level of gross, but it was perfectly clean.
