  We recently visited this location around 9 o’clock at night. There was a guy who was by himself. We tried to ask if he can redeem a coupon. He said he don’t know. He was barely able to communicate in English. Secondly, we did a online order where we ordered three veggie patties. and submitted the order. We were there in front of him when he was preparing our order. We can literally see he don’t know how a veggie patty should be defrost. He bought it from backside and place it on our bread, put a cheese on it, and just put it in a toaster. We realised that it was frozen, but then we are not behind the counter, so we don’t know how it works. Secondly, when he put the toppings, it was so messed up, sauce was falling out. There are toppings on one side, there is nothing on another side. He mix all the sandwiches. I personally ordered Habanero cheese, but I got a white cheese because he put the toppings of my sandwich on other sandwich. Which was having a white cheese, and the only thing which was as per my order was the sauce. Later, when we ignored everything because we were so hungry, we took a first bite and realised that the sandwich and the veggie patty was ice cold. We told him to fix this thing and he said that he is only working from last three days and he forgot that veggie patty should be defrosted there is no one where he can ask help for. This is completely ridiculous there should not be a person on a shift who only has experience for three days. His hands were shaking. We got our refund, but I want this thing to be fixed so no one else suffer. I will definitely want Subway to take a look into this issue and resolve it. I don’t blame the guy working over there if he’s true about just being three days on this job, but I want some step from Subway to be taken so that whatever is faced by us is not faced by someone else.

  After my experience at this location, I would not recommend this store to anyone. They were just so rude to us that I do not want to give a single star to this store. We went to this store and the people working there are the worst employees ever. They didn’t add enough veggies and sauce in our sandwich. Wrapped them without closing it properly. They even did not wrap sandwiches. The sandwiches are falling out of wrap paper. Didn’t use new gloves and knives. Also when we asked they why they are doing this, they said our employer asked us to do this. They were being racist towards us.
