Ma grand-mère a appelé pour s'informer des prix, ne maîtrisant pas bien les outils technologiques. La personne au téléphone lui a répondu de façon très bête en lui disant d’aller voir sur le site web et que ses difficultés avec la technologie n'étaient pas "son problème". C’est un manque total de respect et de patience envers une personne âgée. On peut aimer la nourriture, mais un service aussi froid et impoli est injustifiable. Très déçu.
