  Je vais à cet endroit au moins 25 fois par année depuis plus de 6 ans et, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, je n’avais jamais eu de raison de me plaindre. Mais aujourd’hui, j’ai eu une expérience vraiment décevante. J’ai simplement mentionné que ma bouteille de Pepsi était plate et que surement la ''batch'' étais mauvaise, et je me suis fait sentir comme si je dérangeais ou que je demandais quelque chose d’exagéré. Le petit monsieur à la caisse m’a répondu avec une attitude franchement désagréable. Pour une bouteille de Pepsi, je trouve ça assez ordinaire comme service à la clientèle. Après plus de 6 ans de fidélité et des dizaines de visites par année, je trouve ça vraiment dommage d’être traité de cette façon pour une plainte aussi banale. C’est terminé pour moi. Je n’y retournerai plus. Quand on traite un client fidèle comme de la merde pour une simple bouteille de Pepsi plate, il ne faut pas s’étonner de le perdre.

  this is the worst thai express i ever came to… Food was not good and super liquidy… Ever since the owners have changed this place became worse n worse… I ordered a pad thai its so liquidy its like soup. get your stuff together this is a disrespect to the asian community of laval

  One of worse branches I’ve tried!! This place is not even well trained team to serve just one client: me (It was dead ..no one else ..no clients) and the staff cook took so long just to cook it in wok for me and egg roll too (the other guy went to back of kitchen to heat it up) The Phad Thai noodles 🍜 sauce were too thick not well diluted and chicken meat itself tasted so fake like Whats that?? Just weird overall No surprise my egg roll was warm outside but inside it was still cold..the only thing that tasted good was my drink Orange Crush 🤨🧡!!! They need to be replace sadly..

  The customer service was good. The team making the food seemed coordinated and worked efficiently. However, the food wasn’t as great. There were chunks of noodles stock together at the bottom of the General Tao as well as in the spicy soup. Then, they forgot to include the order if fried raviolis. Fortunately the manager took responsibility of the mistake and offered a solution that ended up working well. Other than that, the fried banana was delicious, as well as the mango ice cream. Their desserts are worth it for sure. The food, not so much.

  Totally dispointed the fried rice had no taste at all , the rice had nothing of soy sauce and the taste was weird.
