  This is by far the worst Thai express that I've ever been to! The cashier was sarcastic and arrogant. Ordered a pad sew, a salad and some chicken wings. The chef made the pad sew but we waited a good 10 to 15 minutes for the salad and enevn onger for the wings. Ok at least we had our food so we sat to eat. Unfortunately the pad sew that barely had chicken in it turned into a brick of pasta because we waited so long for the rest of the food so not eatable at all. The wings had a bad smell but upon tasting one it was evident that they were bad before they were cooked. Both plates saw the garbage. The salad was tasteless and had to be drowned in soya sauce for flavor. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again and this from a Thai express fan.

  The food was okay other than that one piece of chicken I got that was hard as a rock. However I even showed a picture and I still didn’t get the right order.

  The cashier was great. My Pad Sew and the cook's attitude could have been better but I upgraded my review to 4 stars because I got an amazing response from customer service who reached out to me literally hours after I left my review to make things right. Will definitely be returning to Thai Express!

  I tried to use my econofitness 10% discount. When I asked them to apply it, they gave me a vague reason to not apply it. It's literally bait and switch.
