Oignons where not cook correctly... For the price not right.... Same for me and my wife...

I had a great experience at Five Guys. I tried their veggie sandwich, and it was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The vegetables were crisp, and the ingredients tasted high quality. The sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, with plenty of topping options.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was quick, and the food was prepared fresh. If you’re looking for a good vegetarian option, I highly recommend the veggie sandwich at Five Guys. I would definitely order it again.

Still in my top 3 five guy locations. The people are nice, big open windows, the food never disappoints.

Very disappointed with my experience at Five Guys today around 8:30 PM.
While I was eating there, I saw a SkipTheDishes driver waiting a very long time for his order. He was calm, respectful, and very patient the whole time. When he finally received the order and put it in his delivery bag, he noticed some peanuts on the counter and took only 2 pieces.
Then an employee — a Latino guy who seems to act like the boss and always looks angry — rudely told him: “Put it back, it’s for customers.”
Honestly, I was shocked by the way he spoke to him. That driver could easily be a customer too, maybe even the same day. Treating someone badly over 2 peanuts is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect and professionalism.
Many companies offer small complimentary items to create a welcoming atmosphere and build a good reputation. But in this case, 2 peanuts ruined the entire image of the restaurant for us.
After seeing this situation, me and my girlfriend decided to leave and eat somewhere else.
Before giving employees responsibility, train them properly on customer service, respect, and how to represent the brand. Shame on Five Guys for allowing this kind of behavior.
Je suis livreur Uber et je viens souvent récupérer des commandes dans ce restaurant. Malheureusement, certains employés ont à plusieurs reprises un comportement irrespectueux.
Un employé nommé Mike (ou Mc) adopte parfois une attitude moqueuse lorsque je prononce les noms des clients, et certains rient entre eux, ce qui est très désagréable.
Je précise que la majorité des employés sont polis et professionnels. Cependant, les incidents mentionnés se sont encore produits le 21 mai 2026 entre 19h00 et 19h25.
J’espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux afin de maintenir un environnement respectueux pour les clients et les livreurs.
